::hugs:: Victoria - thank you! Close on the sale of ours a week from today and close on buying the new Dec 7th. move out to be completed by Dec 16th. Timing wise, I think we're actually quite blessed. I just have so much happening all at once that my brain is barely keeping up. Wish you were here so we could meet for coffee when it's all done!

We're good this time (not so good when the derecho hit at the end of June). The hurricane made landfall sufficiently north of us that all we had was a bad night's sleep (on sofa in family room and in the basement as we have huge trees next to the house). I feel for all those further north.
