I designed a cropped jacket to match the jumper and hat. I don't care for it. Not what I drew on paper. I thought of cute little puff sleeves. Didn't work out. I used measurements for a 4 yr old, did a gauge swatch and got my number of stitches. There was so much trouble getting this done. I had to rescue it twice from Koda (st. bernard puppy). I finished the jumper. Decided to put edging only on the bottom. Made hat to match. Waited a few days thinking I could find some buttons to match. Couldn't find any. My teenage granddaughter and her girlfriend liked it. We did try it on my three yr old grandson to check size etc. Looked really cute. Thanks for the advice. I worked on one strap. Not sure if I will use a button. I couldn't find any buttons and the only ones that would match are the ones on the flower. I thought about putting trim around the top and around the straps. Not sure. I will see what looks okay.
