This is an absolutely fabulous wool soak (or delicate soak). Kristin Omdahl has partnered with Eucalan to bring us this lighly scented soap to help care for those beautiful crochet projects we work so hard to create.

One lucky winner will be chosen and then Kristin will mail your soap to you personally.

I've tested out this product and just so you know most fragrances really bother me, even some essential oils can cause my allergies to act up. This is super delicate, and I didn't sneeze, tear up or break out using it. A total win for a sensitive girl like me! I adore the light Jasmine fragrance. I washed up a few swatches with this and it was just great, no complaints at all. Of course, that's what I would expect from Eucalan and Kristin Omdahl both experts in creating lovely products for serious hand crafters.

How to enter:

Step 1: Kristin designs gorgeous wraps and shawls in beautiful lace patterns. Link to one of your shawls or wraps on Hookey.org (designed by her or someone else or made up by you) that you feel needs Wrapture for it's long term delicate care.

Step 2: Describe your project and why it deserves Wrapture. In the comment section with the LINK to your PROJECT ON HOOKEY. LINK to the PHOTO as per the photo tutorial above.

Step 3: Invite people to like your project. (You can do this on Twitter, Facebook, Ravelry, on your blog, and here on Hookey.org)

The winner will be the person with the most likes on their photo that has entered the contest here on this page.

It's the Cassandra shawl designed by Lily Go, and Lily herself actually loved the red mohair/silk detail I added so much, I won a skein of her yarn!

Since it's laceweight alpaca, it NEEDS special care - it's so lacy and beautiful, I wouldn't want it to get fulled, or bushy or musty!

Here is my baby alpaca wrap. The pattern is "Petals" by Kristin from the book Crochet so Fine.

I need some Wrapture to block this wrap!

This is my "Irish Moss" shawl, and I'm so proud of it. It is being modeled here by my mother. The shawl really needs Wrapture because I've worn it so much that it needs to be reblocked. I just love the jasmine scent. It reminds me of growing up in the south. The Night Blooming Jasmine would fill the air on a summer evening.
