Some of us are facing challenges, some of us face depression and anxiety, this is a safe place to touch  base and support each other.

Some times it helps to write about our troubles, sometimes you need a safe place to rant. Sometimes you just need to know that someone actually cares.

1. Everyone has a unique perception and everyone's perception is valid to them.

2. While you may feel like you are the only one who has had traumatic life experiences, know that you are not alone.  Please do not have dueling trauma arguments. This is a  supportive place.
