Hey we had a request for International Crochet Month to have some activities that could be fun, expand skills and help newbie crocheters expand their skills and play too!

Here is the place for these activities! If you are a newbie and want to learn something ask here, if you are an experienced crocheter and want to give pointers that's awesome. I suggest these be very small projects or stitch patterns. If you really want to learn complex construction or how to make socks and sweaters, I encourage you to take a class from a crochet teacher, really it's worth it!

At the risk of tooting my own horn, how about my Three-Stitch Spa Cloth. It uses plain single crochet, single crochet through the back loop, and a single crochet-and-chain stitch. Find it on Ravelry.com -- the pattern is free.
