If you have never tried it, please do. This is about the softest yarn I have ever felt, it is very easy to work with and some of the colors are just yummy. It does wash (I did hand wash) nicely and so far holds up very well.
I too love Malibrigo but haven't washed a finished piece yet. Does it bleed ?

Isn't it just awesome? Its like heaven in your hands. Their lace weight yarn is the best!!!!
I love the way the Malibrigo lace weight looks and feels when its crocheted. The colors seem more beautiful to me. I also love the Silky Twist-it just glides along your hook.
Another lace weight wool yarn that's great to work with is Madelinetosh. It's soft but the tight twist gives it a springiness that actually makes me feel happy when I work it! HMMM-maybe that's too much information-I sound a little wierd.
