Do you hand spin yarn? Do you create items from hand spun yarn? Do you raise animals for fleece? Do you crochet, felt, dye, weave, knit, lucet, naalbind, embroider with hand spun threads and yarns?
THEN JOIN ME!!! The Stanwood Camano Community Fair is the largest community fair in the State of Washington. More than 45,000 people come through the gates every year and I am proud to say our Hand-Spinning and Fleece Dept. is one of the most popular sites at this event!
We are growing and have space for more demonstrators. I have been given more space, new display gear, and more perks for people who want to demonstrate their learning or expertise! I'm so excited!
I will have a few more parking passes available for demonstrators and there is now food provided to demonstrators/volunteers. WHOOT. So you get in for free, free or reduced cost parking AND free food! How awesome is that?
You do NOT have to be an expert spinner to demonstrate, beginners are most welcome!
Don't want to demonstrate? Just want to enter? Then show up on July 30 or Aug 1st with your entries! Ribbons and premium money are awarded. http://www.stanwoodcamanofair.org/images/stories/PremiumInfo/supplementalexhibits.pdf
